Glocester Libraries Walking Club 2025 Walk #1 In-Person
Location: George Washington Campground.
For our first walk of the 2025 season, we’ll hike the Angel Loop, starting with beautiful views of Bowdish Lake and ending along the campground’s hike-in tent sites.
We will meet PROMPTLY at 8:00 a.m. on Rt 44 outside the campground entrance. Park on the dirt and grass OFF the shoulder of the road. The Glocester Police allow parking here.
Don’t forget water and insect repellent. Trails of this type typically feature sections with rocks, stumps, and tree roots to maneuver.
