Cookbook Club In-Person
Nutritious, low-calorie food is our theme for October with The Noom Kitchen: 100 Healthy, Delicious, Flexible Recipes for Every Day by Adeena Sussman. The Noom Kitchen is weight management program that has helped millions lose weight and feel better by focusing on the psychology of food and behavior change.
This is how the club works: every month, members pick up a copy of that month’s cookbook selection at the library and choose a recipe to make and prepare for the next month’s meeting. We will sample each other’s dishes and discuss our cooking experiences.
